I can see that is Dubya from behind but who's the other guy?
Russian President Vladimir Putin. Tensions between the US and Russia are as high as they've been since the Cold War, and Putin and Bush have had a really, really strange relationship... so it makes this picture (taken yesterday) seem pretty funny.
Well maybe they are going to kiss and make up. You never know! The flowers are a good start though.
I wonder where Putin got them. This would be good to mention in an ad for FTD or 1-800-FLOWERS.
I saw some video of this. Bush looked like a giddy little school girl. Who says men don't like to receive flowers,too?

Lizzy - Especially from Putin. He's got that alluring bad-boy vibe, being former KGB and all.

That Putin sure knows how to work a date-any girl would put out after getting a bouquet like that.
So, do you think Putin is hoping to get laid? (Because isn't that what men use flowers for?)

Mind - Yes.
Mind - I believe it is. I think their deal is to do 30 episodes in the next 4 years or something, but they were only slated to do 6 episodes this spring/summer. They're probably back in production now.
